We have mastered the 5 minute turn at my regional airline. We decided to eliminate catering, lav dumps, cleaning, and windshield washes. Walk arounds are done on the first flight only. Checklist are memorized so why repeat them. If we are lucky sometimes we get fuel after the 10th request or we just ask our departure coordinator who is always around with our release eager to help complete the 5 minute turn.

This 5 minute turn should be a joke but I was actually scheduled for one when scheduling was working their hardest to ensure I would not time out. Unfortunately we had a plane swap from E to C concourse with a plane that had 2 hours of mtc.

Swa

As we pull into our gates at PHX and LAS it always amazes me that SWA plane never have to wait for rampers to get up off their a$$es to pull in to their gates.

As pilots we all (or most at least) try to help our airline run efficiently. But SWA's efficiency is company wide because inefficiecy is not tolerated--and let's be honest it is tolerated most places.
