Sorry for all the fast fire posts here but they're responding to me fast.

Notice how Tristar edited his post? He added the second quote and everything below.

I posted a post and the forum put two up.

He pointed out how I must be stupid because I can't seem to operate an internet forum that I have no control over.

I explained what happened and he then added to that post (1 minute later) more hate directed toward me about how I must be illiterate and uneducated and should take remedial English and what not.

Nice, misdirect and attack me when your argument is weak. Good move. I'm sure everyone will buy it.

I've said nothing about ACORN being maligned. I said the Church is worse.

Yes, of course. Most churches engage in voter fraud and aiding and abetting child prostitution. Exactly what color is the sky in the world you live in?

Easily verified from other sources? Then why not post THOSE sources?
You mean like the Wall Street Journal Online? That one was cleverly hidden in plain view. Again, you really should look into that English course.

I just want you to know that just because you shout real loud and find others to agree does not mean you are right.
Did this also apply for the last eight years? If so, would you please share this info with Janeane Garafalo, Michael Moore, Al Franken, et al. They appear to have missed the memo.

The MAJORITY of this great nation agree with me.
Whether or not they do depends largely on which day you ask. I'll give you on a Tuesday in November the majority of those who voted (whether entitled to or not) were fed up with the Republican party and thought John McCain was a poor choice. [Note - I happen to share those two sentiments. However, I did not choose to express them by supporting a unqualified first term senator from city rife with political corruption like the majority did.]

Notice how Tristar edited his post? He added the second quote and everything below.
Yes, I did edit my post and I was not trying to hide it. I read further after I made the original post and realized you made even less sense than I originally thought. Rather that serial post, I edited and added. While I was doing so, you were responding to my original post. Sorry if that's too hard for you to grasp.

I posted a post and the forum put two up.

He pointed out how I must be stupid because I can't seem to operate an internet forum that I have no control over.
I found it rather ironic when you are boasting about how brilliant you are. Particularly your last sentence, which apparently doesn't say what you intended.

I explained what happened and he then added to that post (1 minute later) more hate directed toward me about how I must be illiterate and uneducated and should take remedial English and what not.
We're again running into this same problem with English comprehension. I have not directed hate at you - at no point have I suggested violence against you or the denial of your civil rights, nor (I believe) have I shown "intense animosity or dislike" or "detestation."

I certainly HAVE ridiculed you for being inconsistent, inaccurate, and careless - but I don't believe that rises to the level of hatred.

You on the other hand have slandered the church and repeatedly called others racist and accused them of hatred. That comes much closer to hate than my actions.

Nice, misdirect and attack me when your argument is weak. Good move. I'm sure everyone will buy it.
Let's see - my argument is weak, eh? I'll replay this one more time for you:

Scroll back just a bit and you'll notice that you are the one claiming ACORN was not convicted of voter fraud. They were. You claimed the information was difficult to find. It wasn't.

You repeatedly call others racist with no evidence to support that conclusion. They may or may not be, but as has been pointed out, it is a common technique to selectively use the names of political figures to satirize them. I quite clearly recall people referring to "George Herbert Walker Bush" and "Danforth Quayle" in an attempt to make them appear elitist, and we won't go into the names used against the most recent George Bush.

Based on those, I'd say it is you who has the weak (more accurately, non-existant) argument. Climb down off of your toy horse and don't pretend to lecture me on misdirecting arguments.

Finally, I as previously pointed out, I ridiculed you, I did not attack you. I certainly can do so if you would like so you can see the difference, just let me know.

No one needs to buy anything I say - your poor performance in this discussion inherently discredits you to those who care to read objectively. I simply had fun pointing it out in a manner which has raised your ire.

[Note - I edited this post for an error about 45 seconds after I originally posted it. Hopefully I'm allowed to do that...]

wow, your ignorance has surpassed my interest. I guess you win. Although the Churches get more people to vote Republican and any other organization. I never said I supported ACORN. I read, speak and understand English better than most on this forum.

One more time...for the record. I pressed "post quick reply" and two posts showed up. I'm not sure what you think I should have then done other than change one to read "duplicate post". You took that to mean I'm too stupid to run a computer.

Despite the fact I now no longer care what you think does not in any way mean I retreat. I'm just sick of arguing with people who let Glenn Beck and O'Riley think for them.

Merry Halloween. Happy tomorrow and get bent.

The problem is you go to great lengths to highlight the "Hussein" part. Is he to be scorned or even suspect because his parents gave him a name that 39 years later the USA would be mad at a leader of Iraq with the same name? "It's his name, what's the problem?" Why don't you just call him a "Negroid" and say, "hey, it's in the dictionary...what's the problem?"

I've said nothing about ACORN being maligned. I said the Church is worse. rottonacorn.com does not come off as a very non-biased source for your anti-Obama drivel.

Easily verified from other sources? Then why not post THOSE sources?

Typical racist response, ignore reality and hate without cause. Go ahead and attack this messenger...you are a racist. Stop watching Fox.

I know I will never change your hate or your mind. I just want you to know that just because you shout real loud and find others to agree does not mean you are right. The MAJORITY of this great nation agree with me. I know that burns you up. Get therepy and move on. 2012 is taken but 2016 might be your year. Who knows?

I'm not the one associating a negative connotation with the name Hussein. You are. So who really has the problem here?

You said, and I quote, "I don't recall ACORN being "convicted of multiple instances of voter fraud". In order to help your superior intelligence I provided you with a list of examples all of which are verifiable. acornisrotten.com is certainly biased. It's also VERIFIABLY accurate. But that's unfortunate so you choose to ignore that little detail and instead complain about the name of the website.

How is disagreeing with you or Barack Hussein Obama (better?) hateful? Or racist?

As far as watching Fox News, that brings us back full circle to where this started. Fox News/Limbaugh/Hannity are extremely popular but according to you popularity is no measure of legitimacy. Unless of course we're talking about the Kenyan, then it is an accurate measure. Got it.

Oh, you're a "Birther"! My bad. I should have picked up on that much quicker. I usually spot a moron straight away but for some reason I thought you might have something intelligent to say. Again, my sincere appology.

Even the GOP has moved on from the "birther" movement, but there you are still plugging away calling our President a Kenyan. Any chance you want to wipe your ass with the flag or constitution before ya go?

Just for the record, I'm truley sorry I didn't identify you as retarded sooner. I must be slipping.

Yes you are and it is obvious. You don't have to play dumb because you're doing a great job at it and you don't even realize it. Why even bother?

I was talkin to Al, when he said the 'F' word on Atlantic common once... All the flights out their had a chuckle at this idiot out in the real world. He's a goober.

Do not ever compare a church and acorn. Ever. You should not let Acorn do your thinking. Think for yourself, rookie.

wow, your ignorance has surpassed my interest.

Dear "Super Genius." Please point out where I have been ignorant. The truth is you don't like what I say but are unable to refute it. So instead your attempt to denigrate me. As you attempted to it: "Nice, misdirect and attack me when your argument is weak. Good move. I'm sure everyone will buy it."

You vigorously defend ACORN in spite of overwhelming evidence that they are a very corrupt organization. It obviously upsets you (though you are unable to properly express it) that those who attend church vote in a way which do not approve of. At least most of those people are actually entitled to vote, which is more than you can say for the ACORN recruits.

As for the English language, as they say in court, "Objection - assumes facts not in evidence."

One more time...for the record. I pressed "post quick reply" and two posts showed up.

Yes Forrest, I'm aware. I made fun of you since you are the one claiming to be a "super genius" and "too intelligent" for the rest of us poor morons on here.

I'm not sure what you think I should have then done other than change one to read "duplicate post". You took that to mean I'm too stupid to run a computer.

Once again you are thinking far too narrowly, but that appears to be your modus operandi.

Despite the fact I now no longer care what you think does not in any way mean I retreat. I'm just sick of arguing with people who let Glenn Beck and O'Riley think for them.

That's too bad. I would enjoy reading some actual thoughtful commentary from you. Instead you simply call others racist and denigrate those who don't support your point of view. I called you out on it, turned it around on you, and you go run and hide rather than posit an actual thoughtful argument.

By the way, I don't watch Glenn Beck or Bill O'Riley, nor do I let anyone do my thinking for me. Based on your lack of ability to form a coherent argument here, I'm not convinced I can say the same for you. Do you let MSNBC, CNN, and "The View" do your thinking for you?

Merry Halloween. Happy tomorrow and get bent.

You sure get testy when you are called out. Why not just admit that you either lied or were terribly ignorant about ACORN, and that lacking an actual argument you resort to ad homenim attacks. It won't kill you, really.

First, if you're going to get all "Grammar Professor" on me then perhaps you should check you own posts for typos before throwing stones at me.

Second, you will have a very hard time going through this thread or even the entire forum and finding a post where I supported ACORN. I simply pointed out that the Church brings in WAY more people for the right than ACORN ever thought to bring in for the left. That is a fact and you cannot dispute it.

As for ACORN having members doing illegal things? Sure, but the Church comparison holds up here too.

Third, you've made a couple references now to my "Current Position" being Super Genius. That is a reference to my avatar and not me so settle down out there.

Oh, you're a "Birther"! My bad. I should have picked up on that much quicker. I usually spot a moron straight away but for some reason I thought you might have something intelligent to say. Again, my sincere appology.

He is, by his own admission, African-American. What part of Africa? Kenya. So it's okay to be African-American when it's convenient, ie: affirmative action, vote for me because I'm African-American. But it's not okay to specify where in Africa his heritage is based on.

I'm not a birther, even though I am curious about all the secrecy concerning his birth certificate and his academic record. For a guy that ran on a platform of change and open-ness he sure keeps seemingly innocuous info awfully close to the chest.

Besides, I only used the term 'Kenyan' to jerk your chain. Too easy. You went after that like Michael Moore after a cheeseburger. Nice job Mr. Super Intelligence. Here fishy fishy ..........

Yes you are and it is obvious. You don't have to play dumb because you're doing a great job at it and you don't even realize it. Why even bother?

Well no shiite Sherlock. Of course I used it as a pejorative. That's the point. I don't like B. Hussein Obama (aka the Kenyan). He stands for everything I oppose. Good call. Brilliant!

What's all the fuss, nothing has changed since Obama, and nothing will. If McCain had won, things would still be as they are. Even healthcare reform will look just like it would with a republican in office.

Because of all the concern surrounding the nomenclature of the current resident of the White House I think it's prudent we check with the PC Czars and find out what the officially approved verbiage is. In the interim the following terms are unauthorized:

Obama
BHO
B. Hussein Obama
Barack Hussein Obama
Barack Obama
The Kenyan

Until we get a final determination from the Czars I will only use the term "Mr. President". I don't want to get charged with a hate crime and be labled a racist for using a non-approved term.

I believe that Mr. Barak Hussein Obama, his administration, and this democratic congress will be shown by history to be one of the most corrupt and anti-democratic in this nation's history. Mr. Obama's cheap talk on openness doesn't match his deeds. The billions in money that has been thrown around willy nilly is simply unbelievable while anyone that questions it is labeled an enemy and obstructionist. This guy is a master at deception that even the early bolshevicks in the communist movement would be proud of. And it's all possible because of the weak-minded sheeple that voted for their own screwing.

I remind my grown children who probably voted for him that the coming economic meltdown and raging inflation is THEIR fault and don't expect help from daddy. Daddy's going to be busy just trying to defend the homestead.

What's all the fuss, nothing has changed since Obama, and nothing will. If McCain had won, things would still be as they are. Even healthcare reform will look just like it would with a republican in office.

Ding ding ding......this is the winner! We would only be going a little slower wih the repub.........Guys BOTH PARTIES SUCK! Dont get so entrenched in the party what do you want FREEDOM or GOVT??? Very simple question, there is (was) only one country that was/is freedom AMERICA but many many many that want GOVT. Why is it that folks like Glass want to make this free country like all the others and most of them want to change to the les govt option???

I have never understood this!

Long Enough

Typical racist response, ignore reality and hate without cause. Go ahead and attack this messenger...you are a racist.

Why is it 'you people' throw this out??? I once remember a hope and a dream of a man being judged by the content of his character, not the color of his skin. Why is "B. Hussein Obama" racist??? Of all the years I have travelled in the middle east and the years that I lived in Africa, I think the majority of Hussein's that I met (or knew of) weren't quite
a "Negroid"
...

My problem with President Obama is that he is at best a socialist, and seems to ignore the oath of office that he took to, "...preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States." - but this has been my complaint of most current Presidents. This pegs my cringe-meter regardless of their natural pigment.

You are correct in saying that we are the greatest country in the world, despite these (Al Franken included) self serving crooks in office - in both parties!!! This is due to our constitution, and the uniqueness of the principles we were founded upon. Perhaps our politicians should put the politics aside... but I'd prefer instead if they quit trying to steal their fellow citizen's property to assuage some misplaced sense of guilt, their own lack of industry or to expand the ever-growing tyranny that lies in their hearts.

Quite simply, it is their ultimate goal that I detest. These crooks you defend do not have our best interest at heart. Without calling me a racist, perhaps you can tell me why, and on what grounds you see fit to defend these men/women who have the priveledge of serving their constituency?

At best a socialist?

Why? Cause Fox said so?
I believe in mail. Am I a socialist? I'm all for public school. Socialist again? Now here's where I come off the tracks... I believe that my health and the health of every American it so lofty an idea that it rises above corporate profit and falls into a special place very close to the security of my family and every other American.

It seems a no brainer that health is closely related to security. We let the government handle security. I do believe they spend quite a few dollars on it. What's the problem in guarenteeing every American basic health?

I know...socialist. Forgive me.

Point two: I think we all know exactly why the government is throwing around so much money these days. There were a few headlines that were pertinent during his inauguration. It must be very convenient to not know what would have happened if nothing was done but my guess is it would have been very ugly. I can't understand why nobody is willing to give any credit where credit is due.

If giving credit or even a "Thank You" is too much then perhaps the GOP could simply stop trying to hinder EVERYTHING and being the party of "NO". There is a true nastiness in politics today and the only thing I can think that is causing it is racism.
