Airtran ???????????

Can someone tell me:

1. What is the min day at Airtran?

2. Is there pay if your trip(s) get xcld?

3. Is there any such thing as 125%/150%/or even 200% JM?

4. Are there a lot of trips in open time to do schedule enhancements?

5. Contract? I have heard 15-20% increase in pay rates,

6. Any other info appreciated.
