Can any of you AirTran folks give me information on the retirement outlook for the next 10 years or so. Also, I know this has been discussed before but what would the upgrade time be for a new hire starting after the first of the year?

Thanks!

'04-'06 will avg. about 1-2 retirements per month.

As per the latest senority list, the most junior 717 capt was hired 07/09/01, the most junior 737 capt was hired 12/19/01 (both are currently in training). I believe the upgrade time will shorten slightly with the coming airplanes on order.
