You can probably break the contract with no chance of being sued.
Does anyone else find this ironic? ALPA cheerleader (and PFT'er) PCL_128 who chastizes companies for not following their contract advising someone to, wait for it........break the contract that they gave their word to uphold. YGBSM!

Just go ahead and scab already!

An illegal contract is automatically void. You aren't "breaking" a contract if it wasn't legal to begin with.
