We better demand Alaska pay rates and ALPA better produce !

If you think Alaska pay rates are good enough, then you are seriously short changing yourself. We need and deserve MUCH more than ALK pay rates. Don't be afraid to set the bar higher...WAY higher; much in the same way that Management does with their bonuses which they made on our backs!
