Does anyone know approx what percentage of interviewees end up getting offerred a position at AirTran?

It's been pretty high in the past, never heard a specific number.

I HAVE heard that it's dropping somewhat with the number of people being interviewed WITHOUT internal LOR's since January.

I've been waiting for the phone call for interview for a few months... Can any one of you tell me what is the usual time frame after you've put your apps in before they call you? I have internal rec, and i've spoke with SG couple times. Should I try to pay Kit Darby (job fair) a hundred bucks again??

I put in my app, an gave them my resume' in person at WAI in MCO this past Feb. Got called for interview last Thursday. I think meeting them in person is a big deal!

Absolutely. I had my stuff in here for about a year with several internal reecommendations from Captains and it was about 2 weeks after I finally went to an AIR Inc seminar that I finally got the call. Coincidence? Maybe...but I doubt it.
