AirTran Interview Prep

Has anyone done an interview prep for AirTran? Any recomendations? I hear it may not be as 'necessary' to do one, but I'm looking for every possible edge. Thanks for your help.

Just be yourself... AirTran is looking for regular folks with a solid background. Be interested and convince them you want to stay... not looking to fly boxes for big dough if the opportunity knocks.

Good Luck... Have fun... Steph is cool and genuine. I thing most guys doing the interview are down to earth and are looking for good people without huge egos.

Not sure bout the prep... Are they still doing the silly sim thing ?
