It is always interessting to see people bash GIA and it's pilots.

I know more than 7 captains and 10 FO's at AirTran who came from there. (not a bad ratio for an airline that only has a little over 100 pilots)

Yes, Peter Clemmens left AirTran about 10 years ago (Fired?). I do know that he was a problem pilot at GIA as well, but good buddies with managment (he goes back to the eastern times...) He never flew the line again.
I have friends at every major airline that went directly from the 1900. That includes Southwest in the past year and Continental Airlines this year...

So, regardless of the PFT or wether u like it or not GIA Pilots are doing just fine.

I do not know of AJ sending anybody back or GIA taking anybody back. (they are a union airline so it is no that easy) But if anybody has a name I can verify it.

I do not consider GIA a PFT, but that has to be discussed on another thread.
I really don't think most of you know what it is they are doing down there...

Best regards,
