Um.... ya your were.... Per the Jan 1 2008 seniority list your were within 160 of the bottom of the seniority list............. You may be a little higher now, but if the chit hits the fan, your arse is gone.... Not trying to bash you, but don't act so high and mighty....

Umm, PCL_128 was never at risk. But thanks for your concern.

The fact is that most of the 177 were screaming at the top of their lungs for the NPA to not cave. Their jobs were on the line, and they still wanted the union to stand strong on our contract language. The people that we were compromising for were begging us not to compromise. As someone else said, we folded like a cheap WalMart lawn chair.

I thought you said there wouldn't be any concessions? What happened?

Nope. You've got the wrong guy. As of that seniority list, I was roughly 250 from the bottom.

I can't believe I'm going to say this......You were right, Joey. You have no idea how hard it is for me to say that. ;)

Um.... No I don't... Want me to call you out junior... Your just to stupid to realize youve already gave it away on FI...

Firing 175 guys would have been b.s....... But our managment would have done it...
And would have suffered the publicity consequences, and been sued. NPA should have called the bluff.

....guess you owe me a beer.....

I think you guys will be happy with the level of service you get from ALPA. There seems to be no problem that they can't fix with a big blow up rat and a few signs. And since they are looking for ways to collect more dues they should be able to buy more rats. Therefore the service will only get better.

Seriously, I fell your frustration but ALPA will do jack squat for you.

God, this is embarrassing. In the space of a year, we have had to recall our union officers, dealt with a piece of crap TA, had the police escort incident, and given a major concession to the company. And now we're threatening to out each other on a public message board. Somebody just shoot me.
