Call it what you want. It carries my lap top, 3 cell flashlight (attitude adjuster), binder, Kendal, sunglasses and a number of other things. And I do not wear it over my shoulder, it hangs from a overnight bag very nicely.

I have a LuggagewWorks cooler and I put the flashlight, binder and a few other odds and ends in the top compartment. It fits in the flight bag shelf right behind the Airside Bag. So far, so good...
