Airport Ready Reserve or Hot Reserve

It wasn't unchanged in the TA. In the TA you could get put back on ready reserve after a flight assignment!

Your right, it got worse, than industry worst. Now question is, will it get any better in a new TA. Many at this airline veiw reserve pilots as worse than second class. It is amazing how so many at this company can totally disregard the needs of our reserves. They just don't care if others have to suffer.

Long call reserve, mainly. Long call reserves can't do RR either.

Not true. Straight reserves do not get credit for a reserve day.

4hrs/day is only credited to a reserve/standby day that is on a lineholders schedule.
