you guys really use your jepps, I just use the FMS it even gives me the app freqs. to much work to pull out the jepps.

Did we get new a new FMS for the Avro? I thought the GNS-X wasn't able to do that cool stuff. When I flew it, I can't remember it showing ANY frequencies (well maybe it displayed a VOR frequency). The only good things about that GNS-X was you could go Direct someplace and use LNAV. No holds, no VNAV, monochrome (sp?) display, etc.

Now, the Saab. That's got a FMS...just been turned off, circuit breaker collared, wires removed, and I think they just installed some electro-shock device on it so if you touch it you die.
