Hey gang,

I recently had this question come up on an interview and I can't believe it kinda stumped me. Anybody know where to find airport elevation on the Jepp Airport Diagram page?

Thanks in advance,

stupid

It's usually located after or under the words, "AIRPORT ELEVATION". Sometimes, those tricky bastards at Jeppesen abbreviate it by writing "ARPT ELEV".

So, did you get hired?

Sincerely,

B. Franklin

Yea...no it had to be off the airport diagram page. Thanks...won't know if I got hired for about a week now.

preciate all the help

Hey JD,

Did U get the Job???? Who were you interviewing with??

Yep, its cleverly hidden on the top left hand corner right after the words (Abbreviated) Apt Elev in bold type.

Also on the plan view at the bottom of the appraoch diag. Usually sais TDZE, that is not too awefully fay off the actual airport elevation listed in the top right hand corner.

yea, i use tdze lik blzr.. its right there on the app. plate and u don't have to flip to the airport diagram. It might be off by a couple of feet from the true airport elevation, but for cabin press. setting its good.
