"Looking to talk to investment bankers"? As in raise capital for pax lears and high volume freight aircraft? That would definately be cool for anyone there in a couple of years.
I'm glad I don't own a baron, I would imagine we'll see a lot of old ass high time barons on the market in the next two years. How many does airnet have, something like 50? Too bad I can't short the Be58 market.

Haz-mat

How goes the new job? Drop me a PM when you get a chance...

FastCargo

PS I'd kick your butt in Call of Duty...but I've already uninstalled it...can you say Half Life 2...I knew you could!

Yes it would be cool, but I do not expect that to happen. Maybe more on the JetRide side, but I think that they said no new A/C on the freight side in 2005. :(

rumor has it that we are trying to get the price down on the stock so that the investor who has been looking at airnet can buy up a lot at once. Mr. Goldman or Goldstein or whoever he is seems to be doing just that. Now my latest fear is what i heard recently about him, he buys up companies and then sells them off completely. Meaning he closes them down and sells the assets...which would go hand in hand with an impairment charge on the depreciation of the a/c, but PLEASE do not listen to me, these are just RUMORS that have been circulating and nothing certain or set in stone.

I LOVE RUMORS...especially the ones i will hear floating around the company next week because of what i just wrote here.... HEHEHEHEHE HAHAHAHAHA :D
This doesn't sound good even if it is a rumor. Talk to anybody from TWA and the Icon years.

Good luck to all the starcheckers, hope things work out.
