Skydash- Fair enough. It is difficult, at times, in posting to set the right tone. I do not wish to slam SWA , not do I think my choice of the word "cavalier" was the best. Wil, Fair enough. I will be the first to admit that we have pushed the envelope to keep it on time,especially in the past when we were trying to just stay in buisness. Alot of "new" blood in the past 5 yrs. as well as more attention to safety will help to reduce those instances. Fly Safe,and have a good Easter.

But the whole having to buy 2 seats for "large" people thing doesn't reflect well on their company at all.

Except with the people who had to give up half their seat in the past...for which they paid full fare.
