Are climbs, straight and level flight, descents, takeoff's, and landings PART of the PTS? Maybe the Inspector or examiner conducting determined that those parts of the PTS were adequate to re-certify.

As listed in the PTS - all listed areas (in the table) are required.

This table is easier to read in the PTS.

Also there use to be guidance on if and when you could take pasengers during an exam. I need to look that up again.
