Thanks guys, we have world-wide ops and are currently using Universal Badges. I didn't know if there were really any benefits with any of the other companies. Again thanks for the replies.
Good question. Why would a dept. frown on crew ID bag tags?
We use company issued badges, no problems. You're probably aware Dubai does not accept laminated ID's, but carrying US PP works fine.

Easy targets as flight crew. Keeping s low profile security wise. No uniforms, no crew tags, try not to stand out any more than necessary.

Please explain why?
So, what will Dubai accept?

P.S.--I'm reasonably sure G200's license plate reads "GV CAPT".

US passport (though you'll get the blue and green stamp) or non-laminated crew ID.
Will the "blue and green stamp" keep me out of TLV?
G200--Um, yes, I guess the 'G-wear' was over the top on my Christmas cards.![]()
I've only been there a couple of times, but they seem to understand the situation of flight crews. (And they know not to stamp your PP). I've never had the situation reversed. Maybe someone else can chime in on the pleasure.![]()
