What would be the repercussions from the feds of flying a part 91 flight with passengers when you have not made 3 takeoff and landings in type and model jet in over 90 days. .

flying as PIC or SIC, SIC only needs three in the last 12 months.

The FAA sanction guidance table calls for a certificate suspension between 30 and 90 days. But if part of the evidence was that you asked before doing it and decided, "Heck, I can handle that," they'd probably forget about the table.
