I gotta hand it to 'em. Convair based in cheap labor/low cost Mexico with authorization to fly to the USA combined with all of the auto parts suppliers south of the border, I wouldn't be surprised if they're successful. However, they should watch out for the drug gangs influence in everything down there....including the police.
