Air Jamaica Hiring Mins. ?

Anyone know what the hiring Mins. are for Air Jamaica?
I hear there are very few American Pilots in their ranks?...............Looks like a pretty sharp outfit as I just recently came from there.

Any info would be apprecated! Thanks Guys!
