Well you arent the only one waiting, I know of a few people who have recommended friends for interviews and they have not been called yet. We usually need people, and it seems like we interview/schedule classes about every two months or so. When they interview people, they have to get several instructors in the same place for a week or maybe two weeks, which can be difficult since they usually have line training commitments (checkrides). When I sent them my resume, it took around two months to get a call, then waited two months for class, so have a little patience. They have been pretty busy in Milwaukee lately, with initial training and upgrade classes.
