Stay away from them

I interviewed with them last year.Since I worked for 121 operator I jumpseated there.i was picked up by somebody from dispatch,she also handles HR or pilots & dispatch.I was offered $32000/yr with ok medical & dental.No holidays for the first 6 months & no vacation unless you finish 12 months with company.No flight benefits either.
