Age of Airnet's a/c

I was just poking around Airnet's website and i can't seem to find out how old the barrons that they fly are? I was also wondering the Caravans they just just got are they new or did they buy them used?

Most Barons are mid 80's but very well maintained, 7 Brand new caravans and the rest of them are leased

Does Airnet hire directly into the Caravan if you have experience? I'll probably search for answers after I type this, BUT, 1.) are they hiring, and 2.) what are the chances of getting something out of KC?
