IF the retirement age of 65 gets approved, here is a thought on a slow phase in period to keep any one group (the guys at the top now) from reaping all of the rewards.
A sliding retirement age:
Add 15 days per month / 180 days per year (6 months) to the mandatory retirement age until the age of 65 is reached. This process should take 10 years if I did my math correctly.
This way, each group of "senior folk" will get a LITTLE longer at the top until the magic age of 65 is reached.
Just a thought.
