Make it what you want

To clarify the issue with the CP not filling out the duty logs correctly occured in late 2005. TH is a ok DO but the CP they had till recently was a person that did not give a d$#m about anybody there icluding the DO or if the company stayed in business. Maintenance was an issue there at the time which did lead the FAA to look at all the records more closely. There was poor record keeping issues. As far as warning letters, about 7 or so pilots recieved them due to the CP error. The pilot that was flying the unairworthy plane had a ferry permit issued by the DFW FSDO and the Albuquerque FSDO said the permit was not done correctly (2 FSDO's providing conflicting information and not owning up to it, who would figure that could happen). If you want to build multi, then go, understand it is what it is, check hauling solely, they did close their TX operations a year ago with little regard to the pilots and mechanics there (ie. 2 day notice, 1 paycheck severance pay, no assistance in relocating to other bases to continue working for company - you move on your own if you want to keep working for us and not even an apology or sorry guys from the CP, DO or anyone in management.) And oh the CP at the time was cleaning out the office of anything valuable while most of the pilots were flying or off because management felt they would take them and pawn them after finding out they were out of a job. If you live in ABQ, there are other ops like Cutter Aviation and South Aero doing UPS and DHL feeder ops in Cessna 402s. The feeder ops are more stable than check hauling anyway. The new pay is great, 43K a year to start but you dont know how long that will be for. Take it for what its worth.
