I've been trying to get my foot in the door over there for some time now. Hard nut to crack... I've heard 2nd hand of course that they are a stand up operator and treat their people well. I'd love to work there because they are just down the road from me and the schedule (whatever it may be) it certainly better than commuting. Sorry I don't have any specifics for you.
It all depends on what operation you are in (OR, WA, AK etc medical or charter). Pay is a little below industry average and schedule is usually some sort of rotation that works out to 20 days a month like 9 on 5 off. Big issue is the recurrent training contracts. Basically you can only leave once a year without owing big money
