I need to go from MIA-MHH (Marsh Harbor). What is AE's policy on international jumpseat? How do I sign up?
I'm a jetblue guy, CASS approved. Thanks.

Don't listen to what the gate agents tell you. I learned that the hard way ATL-DFW-MTY. ATL agent said I was good to go jumpseating, had me listed on both. When I got to DFW they showed me their continuity which specifically outlines which carriers they allow to international jumpseat in the cabin. Its been a while, but from my recollection it was the legacy carriers, fedex, ups and only a few others..

Go to any AA ticket counter and see if your carrier is authorized for int'l j/s. My beef was that they consider Canada as domestic, but j/s int'l and I could never get a ride JFK-YUL. However, I brought plenty of AA'ers out of YUL on OH, go figure!

I know that JB can't sit in the cockpit of a mainline AA, but I didn't know about AE. Thanks anyway.
