Advice on video camera for in flight recording

Can anyone give me some ideas on the best camera to start with to record my Phase 1 test flights of my EX3

I like the GoPro's and you can use a RAM mount to mount it per your desire.

If you are using it purely for flight testing an Insta 360 may be a good choice since you can look from many angles with one camera, however you will have to figure out the software. Go Pro definitely has the better video quality
