Hopefully the ironic kitschy glee will wear off and they'll return to more of the high quality original toons like ATHF, Venture Bros. and Harvey Birdman (with the classics like Futurama and Family Guy).

Yeah Rogue5 did. And Harvey Birdman was worth staying up late for. But Carl from ATHF is one of the funniest adult swim characters to date.
