One of my college buddies is a VP there. Just talked to him Tuesday. (making plans for a gulf trip)... I think ACP is a typical broker and I do believe they have a few planes of their own. They also run a 135 under a different internet site. From what he says, the economy was rough on business, but they are back to full speed now.

Don't know anything about hiring, sorry.
 
I fly out of South Florida. While ACP is not the worst of the South Florida Charter operators, they sadly fall into the 'typical South Florida' charter operator category. We have one of their former pilots flying for us and he gave me the scoop.
