ACA or ComAir???

COMAIR! better pay. MUCH BETTER SCHEDULES. and they will start growing faster that ACA real soon and that will mean quicker upgrades. However if ACA ever improves its schedule situation then it would be a tougher choice. Further It all depends where you want to be based. Most ACA newhires will go to ORD or else IAD

Don't worry Blueridger... that new software will solve everything....


I wouldn't put too much weight into comair paying more... they are about 1% higher than our's, IIRC. That would not be a factor in my decision on where to go (as opposed to upgrade time, domiciles, commuting, etc). Now, as for the scheules.... wellllllllllll they suck.

If schedules do improve, this place will be awesome. As it is now, schedules suck in most, if not all of the fleets.

also, now that aca can ride on comair's jumpseat, can comair ride on your cockpit jumpseat as well (delcon only)?
