IMHO I expect a deal between UAL and Mesa reasonably soon. As much as I DON'T want merger to happen, it makes sense from UAL/Mesa's perspective, and seeing how UAL and Mesa have agreed to terms to operate in the Western US, it reasons they shouldn't be too far apart.
