Rumor at ACA is that we may soon be interviewing and hiring again; the co. recently selected 25 CAs for the interview board and my source among them said possibly by the end of March we may be interviewing.

In the meantime, the company is slowly soaked up people in the hiring pool; it is my understanding that there are at least 2-3 newhire classes in session; mostly CRJ FOs but some FRJ. There may also be hiring a small # into the J-41 this year.

Unfortunately, the proverbial bar for min. hours to be competitive will be raised substantially to get an interview. It also figures to be fierce competition to get hired once at the interview.

Good luck to all - this may be one of the better places to ride out the current economic downturn!

I was wondering if you have heard anything about dornier classes. I am in the pool for that airplane. My interview was last November. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
