ACA hiring furloughees???

There's a rumor going around that ACA is hiring furloughees without requiring a resignation letter. I'm gonna send in a resume anyway, but can anyone confirm this??

That is true. However, they will ask you during the telephone pre-screening interview if you would be willing to resign your seniority number. I'm not sure if a "no" answer is disqualifying, but you should probably think long and hard before you do. Good luck!
