ACA Training Schedule

ACA's training program typically lasts anywhere from 75-120 days. This of course all depends on the aircraft and the number of people in the training pipeline at the time.

Length of schedule by module:

1. Indoc - 1 week
2. Systems - 2 or 3 weeks (AC specific)
3. CPT - 3 days
4. SIM - 7 to 11 SIM sessions over 2 weeks
5. 15% Ride (J41) - 1 day
6. IOE - 4 to 6 days

The training delays start after systems. Days off between starting modules 3-6 could range from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. Each new hire mileage may vary depending training obstacles (i.e., re-tests, prog checks, SIM malfunctions...etc.)
