ACA 2nd time around?

Jimbo, I sincerely hope you're wrong about that. Heck, I don't even consider myself "over qualified" to fly a 172. I interview with ACA this week.
Air Whiskey has yet to call me and I'm working on getting an internal LOR.

Jimbo and TWA Dude,

That is not the case. I was hired last month with over 6700 hours, three type ratings, and over 3000 hours of turbine PIC. So I don't think 2200 hours would hardly be considered "overqualified", if there is such a thing.

So anyway, were the interviewers very antagonistic because of your flight time?

Congratulations Furloughed on getting on ACA!!
I was trying to be sarcastic. Its all how you interview but
I recently broused through the ACA section of aviationinterviews and I noticed alot of input was from lowtimers. Most of them were hired while the more experienced hour range was'nt. Just an observation. Thats all.

I sent them a resume in June, and recieved a call for an interview. I had to turn it down because my boss just spent $10,000 for me to go to Flight Safety, so I really couldnt up and leave.

Your loyalty to your current employer is admirable, but misplaced IMHO. Call ACA back and tell em you'd love to interview.
