Listening to our MEC at a recent meeting, I believe there may be some ability to allow for memrat. Not sure if it is an interpretation of our current bylaws or if a simple bylaw change vote would be required. Obviously if a vote were required it would be an easy victory to require memrat of any SLI decision.
 
Isn't swa AQUIRING airtran? What could you possibly need to negotiate with your company, as far as a transition agreement? Our transition agreement will allow our management to operate airtran, which is in violation of our cba. The RJs, red-eyes, stand-ups, etc, all things we don't do per our cba. That will be the point of a transition agreement.

BTW, the answer to the first question is...YES.
