Not buying this rumor but according to some SWA pilots in KBUF this morning they heard late last night that the deal is dead due to a technicality.

Actually the rumor is partially correct. We are pulling out of the Morris merger. My aunt who saw the SWA baggage carts in SanJuan last night told me. Her mother is a flight attendant here.
