And Danger Kitty, what the he|| is a "Furloughed S-80 FO"?
I am a Furloughed American Airlines Pilot Based in DFW that used to fly the S-80. Can I make it any clearer for you?

I guess the point that I obviously have to make more clear for you is...Nobody cares who you used to be.

But people care what I am now? And what I will be doing upon recall?

Drag, you called that one. Ole' Danger will be getting his recall notice in the mail with his AARP card.

Let me be the first one on this thread to hope that you get recalled sooner than later.

Dangerkitty,

You are the one and only beeaaach who's arse I'm glad got tossed to the street. Hearing that made my day!

IMHO, the vast vast majority of furloughed AA pilots are never going to be recalled. There are going to be a very vicious battle coming up over scope. Expect the union to sacrifice another 3000 junior pilots via scope concessions in return for keeping the senior guys' pensions somewhat intact.

Expect what was the 100 seat flying as well as the 737 & Super 80 flying to be "transitioned" (use euphanism of your choice) to Eagle or an Eagle-class D-scale.

With only 500 pilots above me on the furlough list I doubt it. Sooner or later I will be back at AA if I decide to except the recall.
