With the downturn in the market and the way your retirement packages are structured are you guys seeing an increase in guys leaving?
 
35 left on Oct 31st..... However the unit value (B fund) for July was almost identical to Aug.. So for the 90 day look back retiring on Oct 31 vs Nov 30th is almost a wash, except for many it would be an extra months pay.. The difference in Aug and Sept unit values is big.. I believe almost $25-$30, so I would expect to see many more leave at the end of Nov..
