AE management appears to be on AA's side with regard to the flowbacks.
As bad as you think it is on that side of the fence it is several orders of magnitude worse on the Eagle side. As bad as that paycut seems, imagine 34k after 4 years. The only hope on this side of the fence is to get a job elsewhere.
