A few of my friends that were furloughed are Captains in other carriers and not one is going back. I see AA start hiring outside very shortly, keep eyes open for a pilot window to open soon at AA.

Do the flow ups have to occupy the whole class? Maybe there could be off the street hiring in 2013 if the flow ups are only a percentage of eagle guys
