Actually, patriotic ties finally got approved... AND... <drumroll>... HATS ARE OPTIONAL!!

Regarding the announcement: nobody knows for sure, but I'd wager something big is in the works. At the very least, pilot recalls should be announced... if not tomorrow, shortly thereafter.
