I hated Fusion for the first couple of weeks I used it, but I've grown to quite like it. It still has it's quirks, but it's workable.

Flight Explorer is still a little more user friendly and customizable, however, now that it's a SABRE product, customer support has likely flat-lined.

I find donuts are greatly apprciated in the dx office and if you're really looking to score points, make sure you bring Krispy Kremes.
 
In a previous 135-not-yet-121 life it was rather "interesting" how the Capts that sent gifts of Atomic Fire Balls and beef jerky to dispatch seemed to always get the newer 1900D aircraft routed on their lines. Even if multiple swaps were required to do so.*


*No passenger connections were harmed in the making of this bribe...er uh this aircraft routing plan.
