How senior is the STL base? Could a new hire hold it?

How about IND or ORD (for reference)?

Still running classes? What is upgrade time currently running?

What a/c are they hiring into?

I am from the STL area commuting to another carrier as an fo and would love to be based closer to home.

Thanks for all of the help.

I hear from reliable sources that you have to get baptized by their CEO before joining the team...

What I heard dawg

Dont go to CHQ Go to GoJ_ts. Pay & QOL is better

STL has had slow movement over the past 6 months. It is pretty senior but given a little time you will get into it. You may have to go somewhere else at first. It really depends on where they need people. No more than a couple months in a different base. Count on being on reserve for a while. Upgrade - 2-3 years now. Slower in the future as our growth is slowing. They are hiring into both the 145 and 170. More classes running for the 170 now than the 145.

Jr. STL FO is a 08/30/05 DOH.

Like the above poster said, they hire for the 145/170 and you won't know until they give you a class which aircraft you are in. Can't go from the 170 to the 145 as an FO, so if you get the 170 you won't be able to be STL based.
