Now Biz, this is how rumors get started! :smash: We didn't 'walk away from contract negotiations' - the email I got said we simply said 'NO' to their comprehensive proposal(to be completed by 9 JAN(not Feb) and we are set to resume regularly scheduled negotiations on 17 January.

I, like you, am glad to see the strong unification of our pilot group and will be happy to help you "STFD" when/if the time comes.

To be clear, management submitted a complete contract proposal to the NC about two weeks ago. The proposal was, in a word, insulting. The proposal has been rejected and Section 6 negotiations will continue as planned. Our Statement of Negotiating Principals has not changed, and the MEC has not changed the contract goals and objectives whatsoever.

Oh yeah, STFD!!!
