80's and back

Rush has one of the most dedicated fan bases of any band. I know I've seen them twice, and I plan on seeing them everytime they're in town. Just for the discussion about 80's bands, I don't include Rush in that group at all even though they played through the decade and still had moderate success.

As for Def Leppard, they never did break up or anything after their guitarists death in the early 90's. Last I saw they were still playing pretty large venues like the outdoor sheds and arenas. Lep's High'n'Dry is one of my all time favorite rock albums, I'd almost put it up against Back in Black.....

Im really just happy that people have not forgotten the good ole rock-n-roll bands mentioned in this post. Really makes me happy...

ROCK ON and yes deville is on tour.. Gonna be a good one.

Speaking of KISS, they recently played with the orchestra in Australia. Very nice concert if you ever get to watch it on DVD. They put some finesse into that one..

Speaking of G&R, Slash, Duff and Matt have teamed up with Scott Wyman from STP to form Velvet Revolver. Good stuff......

You're right ..it isnt bad......but I have to be a d*ck and point out that Scott Wyman's name is really Scott Weiland. But maybe thats what he tells the cops everytime he gets busted buying H.
