Why is everybody here so threatened by 80x80? I would like to think there is room and tolerance for someone who thinks like he does without the clamor for his scalp. He has served his country well by the look of his credentials. If what he has to say is correct, his detractors may get their collective "asses in a crack."

Its never 100%, but after six airlines which includes two majors that are still in business, it doesn't get any better than this.

Of course thats just my opinion.

I am not sure what your point is, but if you think our hring process is bogus: I disagree: I've been here over eight months and I sit reserve so I fly with a lot of different Captains - I have NOBODY on my bid avoidance. It is an imperfect world, and SWA is no exception, but I really do think they do a GREAT job of picking pilots that are easy to get along with.

On the other hand if you mean we have no right to go on a witch hunt and track sombody down and destroy their career because they got a little crazy on the internet ... I agree.
