Why the segregation by race amongst pilots? We all do the same thing, albeit, some do it better, get paid more and fly cooler jets than others, but in the end we are all airline pilots.

OBAP is BS, it is basicaly a good ol' boy network for ex black military pilots to join the airline world. Civilians don't stand a chance with them on these scholarships.
